Background
Like so many young professionals in their mid-20's, Anna was focussed on learning and progressing in her career. She knew that she didn't have the body or the energy she wanted, but she had always thought she would get on to that 'later'. But when is 'later'? When Anna saw that Body Transform offers the complete solution (exercise and nutrition and motivation) she realised that the time was now. And she needed the energy and the strength that the change would give her, because as a young professional her work was demanding, time-consuming and tiring.

The Change
The change for Anna was about taking control of her eating habits. It was about increasing the nutritional content of her foods, and reducing the need for 'quick-fix' sugary foods that she had been relying on. When you are eating nutritious meals, the desire for 'junk' decreases - because you have higher and more constant energy. Combined with exercise, Anna quickly increased her overall level of health - including other 'bonuses' like improved complexion and fitting into smaller clothes she hadn't been wearing recently! Even despite an RSI injury (from too much working at a computer!) Anna triumphed and completed her 10-week Program in style. Now, she can keep up with her work demands with higher levels of energy - and she has even taken up post-graduate study on top of her working week.

Anna:

"I can’t believe it only took 10 weeks (70 days!) to achieve this…and its not only the body, I’ve learnt some very important lessons that I can use in my day to day life as well!

Before starting Body Transform I was working on average 60-70 hours a week. I felt stressed and exhausted (and looked it too). I was sleeping poorly, and would wake each day feeling drained. I would compensate for this by having “pick-me-up” foods such as chocolate and lollies during the day. Because I wasn’t eating right, I didn’t have the energy to exercise, so I went to bed mentally but not physically exhausted. This resulted in another poor nights sleep, and so the cycle continued.

I had been telling myself that I was “ok” with my body the way it was, as I was focusing on other areas of my life, and once I got those under control I could then focus on improving my body. What I didn’t realise is how much of an impact exercising using the Body Transform program would effect and energise other areas of my life. Now I’m exercising regularly, eating what’s right for my body and looking and feeling incredible! I have more energy for work and for play and have more confidence in going after what I really want in life!
