Like so many young professionals in their mid-20's, Anna was focussed on learning and progressing in her career. The Change
The change for Anna was about taking control of her eating habits. and more constant energy. Combined with exercise, Anna quickly increased her overall level of health - including other 'bonuses' like improved complexion and fitting into smaller clothes she hadn't been wearing recently! Even despite an RSI injury (from too much working at a computer!) Anna triumphed and completed her 10-week Program in style. Now, she can keep up with her work demands with higher levels of energy - and she has even taken up post-graduate study on top of her working week.
