Through our 30’s it is common to be focused on our career and financial security. But where does this lead us 20 years down the track if we neglect the health and fitness of our bodies along the way? For Matt, this was the feeling in the back of his mind when he learned about Body Transform. If he didn’t ‘catch’ the gradual decline that was happening now, would he ever do it?

Luckily Matt was willing to give change a go. He was willing to learn some new exercise actions and to look at foods in a different way. And that made all the difference. Matt actually emailed me at the start and said that his commitment or discipline wouldn’t be a problem. For him he needed to know that he was following the best and most effective practices. Once he realised that he was, for Matt it was just a matter of following the clear pathway week by week.

Matt actually introduced the Program to his friend and business partner, and they decided to follow it together. This kind of support is always very valuable. Having someone to workout with helps to keep you accountable and it can help you push yourself a little further. If you are in any way competitive, you don’t want to quit at any point! For Matt this meant that every workout was also fun - and that is success in itself.

With his body ‘kick-started’ into a leaner state and with a faster metabolism it will now be easier for Matt to maintain his body and his health. There is little chance of his body ‘slipping away’ from him as he approaches 40. Because he has realised the habits to stay in great shape are neither complicated nor do they take much time. They just require willingness and a little commitment.

And more than that, now that he knows the right things to do, Matt is looking forward to changing his body continuously over the long term. And that is the real challenge: year by year, making steps of progress in our health and our fitness and our energy.
