Background
A Senior Manager with a demanding professional career and a young family to raise, Michael needed a solution that worked and was efficient. He certainly didn't have time to spend hours in the gym, and throughout his day he didn't want to deal with complicated nutrition plans. Michael had worked with Personal Trainers in the past, but as is often the case he gained no knowledge or skills that he could apply himself for the rest of this life. Also, just focusing on exercise with his Personal Trainer had not given him the crucial nutrition knowledge that he needed to improve his body and lift his energy.

Now
Michael has learned the most efficient way to exercise and to eat, and most importantly has developed the habits to keep doing it! Completing 10 weeks is great, but being able to keep going beyond that time is even greater! With all the other demands on his time during the week, there is now no excuse for him not to exercise regularly and eat well to continue his progress.
