Tamzin proves that it is never too soon to get into the best shape of your life. Before making the decision to change, Tamzin - like most people in their early 20's - was putting all of her attention into developing her career. What she wasn't doing was looking after her body. What does that mean? It means that she wasn't able to put as much into her career - because she didn't have the energy and strength to do so.

Tamzin is lucky - she discovered a truely effective way to exercise and eat at an early age. And she now is rewarded with positive habits for life.

How She Changed
Tamzin is a motivated person - if she wants something she goes out and gets it! Right from the start Tamzin committed herself to her exercise routine - and found it actually easy to fit the exercise into her busy week (it's less than 3.5 hours a week!). Change happened fast for Tamzin. She has created for herself a lean and shapely physique that stands her apart from most women her age. It is the weight training that gives her the shape and tone all over her body. Cardio training alone would have reduced her weight, but not changed her shape. Weight training and cardio training together brings both benefits. Weight training was new to Tamzin - now she knows it is one of the keys to a lean body and a fast metabolism.


"For the first half of the year I had spent a huge amount of my time and energy focusing on my business, but all the while neglecting the area of health, and by July I had really hit a low. Not only was this affecting the way I felt about myself, it was also affecting what I had left to give - which really felt like not much at all. I had let myself slip into morning sleep-ins, lots of junk food, and far too much drinking!

I don't think I ever really believed I could transform my body - and funnily enough it wasn't till I had my
final photos done that I was able to look at myself
with completely new eyes. Heck - I was able to
pose in a bikini in front of other people, something
I haven't ever done in my life! I am so excited about
wearing a bikini on the beach this Christmas!!

This has given me completely new confidence to be
the absolute best me I can be.
